You let the tears stream down your cheeks. You knew Jack lied from the start and you believed him. You couldn’t figure out what to do. Questions ran through your head.
Why did Jack lie? What does Pitch want from this? How did it involve you?
The questions kept running through your head. You buried your hands into your hands, the voices kept getting louder and louder.
“Shut up!” You scream, covering your ears as tight as you can, “Shut up! Shut up!”
The voices start to mix with each other and kept getting louder. You scream and the voices stop. You feel your palms go sweaty.
Slowly, they come back, “Why does Pitch care? What is Jack hiding? Why did Pitch do what he did?”
The questions kept building up. Blocking anything else that could be in your mind. You stare down to your at your blankets and wait for the voices to calm down.
You start to wish Jack didn’t leave. You wish you would’ve listened to him. Talked to him and sorted things out. But who knew when he would return.
You get up, grab your desk chair and dragged it over to your window. You sit down and decide that’s where you were going to stay until Jack returned.
Three questions lingered in your mind, “Why did he lie? What is he trying to keep me from? What does Pitch want?”
You shake your head in frustration. Why did this all have to happen? At this time? To you? Like you didn’t have enough worries on your mind already.
All of a sudden, you hear pounding coming up the stairs. You jump and face the door. Kyle jumps through the door.
“(YN)! (YN)! Guess what! Guess what!” Kyle screamed as he jumped on your bed.
“What!? What!?” You scream.
“Jack Frost! He came and played with us! He started a snowball fight and we made forts with snowmen as guards and-and!” Kyle rambled on.
Your heart does a flip. So that’s where he went. You looked out your window again and saw him.
He stared up at you from the sidewalk. You could feel his uneasiness when your eyes locked. You jump as Kyle appears beside you. He waves down at Jack, who waves back but kept his eyes locked on yours.
You knew you had to talk to him. But now, you had too many voices to shut up. You felt like he understood you. Like he wanted you to take your time to process it.
Your eyes begged him to stay, so you could talk and reason with him. But he shook his head and if to say, “You have to choose yourself.”
You let out a huff, “Fine. Kyle, can you please get out?”
Kyle nodded and ran out. You closed your door behind him and walked back to the window. Your heart dropped when you didn’t see Jack anymore.
“Hopefully, he’ll come back tomorrow.” You say to yourself as you fall onto your bed.
You take off the necklace that Jack gave you days before and take in the bright silver of the snowflake. You look at the light blue diamond Jack put on the end of the staff a few days before. It reminded you of Jack’s eyes.
You shake your head and drop it down beside you. You roll onto your side and stare at your clock. But with your books stacked up, you couldn’t see the time. Your laziness took over. You rolled onto your other side and stared at the door.
The voices started to come back with questions. You sighed and let them ramble on. The voices start to quiet down as you drift into sleep.

Jack Frost x Reader (Chapter 6)

You all watched as the "populars" fell like dominos and Jack laughed from above them. You smiled. Tessa, Sammy, and Emily had to support each other from falling as they laughed. Seeing this as a opportunity to leave you waved Jack over as you all walked to the park. Leaving behind a moaning and groaning pile of "populars."

A ray of light streamed through your window, hitting you square in the eyes. You raised a hand sleepily to shield them, and opened your eyes slightly, squinting against the glare. Letting out a wide yawn, you rubbed your eyes sleepily.
You rolled over and let out a surprised yell, scrambling backwards across your bed. Right next you was Jack, asleep, facing you and in your bed . You clapped your hands over your mouth to prevent yourself from yelling further.
You stared at him for a minute with wide eyes, hardly daring to breathe. After a while, you relaxed, but not five seconds later, the winter spirit stirred, opening his eyes.

Just another day in your little town, Christmas had passed just over a week ago and as the new year rolled in, you couldn't help but think that spending New Year on your Tumblr dashboard was the best way to bring in the New Year, but, everyone was busy.
Your friends were invited to parties and your parent(s) were going out, even your eleven-year-old brother had been invited to his friend's house!
You sighed heavily, as you lay on your bed, staring up to the ceiling above, making patterns out of boredom, but thoughts trailed into your head, thoughts that could not be explained or given a straightforward an
